Intervolve Launches Merchandising Management and Analysis Software |
Sign Shop application helps improve operating margins and measure merchandising impact on revenues
Raleigh, NC—June 28, 2006—Intervolve, Inc., the pioneer in providing on demand supply chain
software using web and mobile technologies, today announced the immediate availability of Sign
Shop, the first merchandising management and analysis software designed for beverage
wholesalers. With Sign Shop, beverage wholesalers can now control a cost sector that often
reaches 5% of annual revenues and improve their operating margins. Sign Shop is a new
application in the Intervolve DistributionSuite product set.

display kits for time-limited promotions, along with paper signs, tent cards, and novelty items.
Sign Shop helps wholesalers manage and control the requisition, approval, production, and
inventory of these items; track materials to better manage production costs and influence supplier
choices; and ensure placement of items for greatest account performance. Sign Shop provides
cost/volume analyses, brand distribution reports, sales reports, and the ability to match
promotions with accounts to help achieve corporate and account objectives.
