Intervolve Enters 2007 with 70 Percent Increase in Product Revenues and Record-Setting Product Bookings for its Direct Store Delivery Software. Number of Beverage Warehouses to Use Intervolve Solutions Nearly Triples in 1 Month
Raleigh, NC—February 14, 2007—Intervolve, Inc., the pioneer in providing on demand supply chain software
using web and mobile technologies, today announced a banner year in 2006 for its core software products and a
jump in product bookings. After a year-over-year increase of nearly 70% in 2006 for DistributionSuite and Route
Accounting System, momentum accelerates into 2007. Recent sales during a one month period have increased
the number of warehouses to use Route Accounting System by 250% and DistributionSuite by 50%.

Intervolve released two new modules for its DistributionSuite market intelligence product, providing wholesalers
with innovations in merchandising management and sales quota management. The company also enhanced
Route Accounting System to be the only RAS product to provide the ability to pick to order on any size pallet.
Improvements to its implementation methodology, which now includes full up-front discovery, roadmap, and
business process review, raised it to be second-to-none in the industry. These improvements increase process
effectiveness and efficiency and virtually provide each wholesaler with a custom route accounting system to meet
their business needs.
