Management Team
Intervolve's management team is comprised of industry veterans that bring a history of success to Intervolve.  Our team brings a mix of experience in the beverage and supply chain industries, plus a wealth of knowledge and proven experience in running successful software companies.

At the core of each member of the management team is a dedication to customer satisfaction.

The management team consists of the following members:

Bill Kaluza

Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer

William J.  Kaluza has served as Chief Executive Officer of Intervolve, Inc. since October of 2007.  He has more than 25 years of experience leading technology companies and has a proven track record of building highly successful software companies in the supply chain management industry.

His experience includes co-founding a supply chain management software company, coordinating a management buy-out and completing Initial Public Offerings for two companies. He has experience planning and satisfying the financial needs of private and public companies from early stage angel investing, through conventional bank financing and venture capital investments, to mezzanine financing and initial public offerings. He also has extensive experience with the evaluation, consummation and implementation of mergers, acquisitions and divestitures within the U.S. and internationally.

Most recently, Mr. Kaluza has been a partner in Rankin McKenzie, LLP, a financial management firm specializing in interim and outsourced CEO, CFO and Controller Services, during which time he has served as CEO and/or CFO for several private and public companies in the Raleigh area with a concentration on software companies and companies interested in preparing for an Initial Public Offering.

Prior to that, he served as Vice President-Finance & CFO for Volumetrics Medical Imaging, Inc., a medical device company where he was asked to prepare the company for an Initial Public Offering.  In that role, he drafted the company’s business plan, assisted in recruiting talented executives to create a world-class management team, and coordinated the company’s financing activities.  Previously, Mr. Kaluza served as the Vice President-Finance & CFO of Interactive Magic, Inc., a leading provider of interactive entertainment services across the Internet.  During his tenure, he developed a corporate business plan to reposition the company from a provider of software games to an Internet provider of entertainment services that contributed to a successful Initial Public Offering.

Previously, Mr. Kaluza served as Chief Financial Officer and Sr. V.P. Operations of Manugistics Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: MANU), a leading provider of supply chain management solutions. As Chief Financial Officer, he raised private equity to fund a management buyout and obtained mezzanine financing to fund operations and acquisitions.  He then coordinated all aspects of the company’s Initial Public Offering after which he established and managed the investor relations function.  As Sr. V.P. Operations for MANU, he managed the Personal Systems Business Unit, including sales, marketing, development, manufacturing and support of all personal computer products.  He was also responsible for managing the company’s computer center and computer facilities management services for outside clients.  In his previous position as General Counsel for that company, he coordinated the Management Buyout of the company and the consummation of several U.S. and international acquisitions.

Previously, Mr. Kaluza served as an associate attorney for Pepper, Hamilton & Scheetz where he specialized in corporate law (including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures), litigation (including actions before federal courts, state courts and administrative agencies) and real estate (including industrial, commercial and residential transactions).

Mr. Kaluza earned a B.S. degree in Economics with concentrations in Accounting, Finance and Computer Information Systems from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.  He earned a J.D. degree with a concentration in Corporate Law from the Dickinson School of Law of Pennsylvania State University.  He is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and before the Court of Appeals of the State of Maryland.
 
Rhonda Bright Doiron

CTO and VP of Development

Rhonda Bright Doiron has served as Chief Technology Officer of Intervolve, Inc. since April of 2007.  She is responsible for leading Intervolve’s Product Development, Quality Assurance, and System Administration efforts and providing technology direction to the company. Ms. Bright Doiron is a proven technology leader with a unique combination of global leadership experience and specialized product development and product lifecycle process reengineering expertise. She has a 20 year track record of delivering product with speed to market while improving quality, reducing operating costs, and increasing customer and employee satisfaction. 

Most recently, Ms. Bright Doiron was Senior Director, Product Development at Peopleclick, Inc., a private company providing web-based workforce acquisition solutions to both domestic and international enterprises. She led a 20 person team in the design, development, deployment, and support of Peopleclick’s Recruiting Management System (RMS) software – a fundamental component of the company’s Software-as-a-Service Solution.   

Previously she served as Assistant Vice President, Business Effectiveness at Alcatel Networks where she led a team in the drive to establish R&D operational efficiencies across the new Carrier Internetworking Division of Alcatel – addressing inefficiencies that occur within R&D when two technology companies merge.  As Assistant Vice-President, Central Hardware Engineering, she led a 200 person software and hardware engineering organization in the design, development, validation, regulatory approvals, and maintenance of telecommunications products supporting five Business Units across multiple geographic locations in the U.S., Canada, Belgium, and France.  

Previously with Nortel Networks for 14 years, Ms. Bright Doiron was most recently Director, CDMA New Product Introduction, responsible for the introduction of product to market for Nortel’s CDMA Wireless product.  As Director, IDC Technology Development, she was responsible for rebuilding Nortel’s relationship with a strategic customer in Japan, executing as the customer’s single point of contact for R&D within Nortel across a multi-site 130 person development team in two U.S. locations, Canada, and Japan,.  As Director, DMS-100 Development & Evolution, she led a 160 person development team in the architectural evolution, design, development, and support of one of Nortel’s largest Switching products.  Areas of responsibility included Business, Residential, 911, Local Toll, and Billing software services and release management of the DMS-100 architectural platform.  

Ms. Bright Doiron holds a B.S. degree in Mathematical Sciences with a Major in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Dallas.


 
David Fotheringham

Vice President of Customer Support

Mr. Fotheringham brings over 10 years of experience in client services, systems implementation, and project management to Intervolve's Support team. His interaction with a varying customer base includes programming and software support for institutes and centers with the National Institutes of Health, project management and data base administration when migrating systems to new platforms, and implementation and client services support of disease management programs for both large insurance carriers as well as corporations.

Mr. Fotheringham's BS in Mathematics from the Pennsylvania State University assists in providing practical solutions and processes for day-to-day operations. As the main point of contact for clients such as the National Cancer Institute, The Turner Corporation, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois, and The Empire Plan of New York, David not only accomplished the goals of client services, but also led system integration initiatives.

 Most recently, Mr. Fotheringham was Director of Program Implementations at SHPS, Inc., a healthcare services company based in Scottsdale, AZ. Mr. Fotheringham led all implementation directives for the Raleigh Disease Management product to ensure that all pre-sale requirements were met and to assure that a smooth transition from implementations to support occurred.
 
Vince Schneider

Director of Sales

Mr. Schneider is responsible for managing Intervolve’s Field Sales Force as well as direct sales responsibilities for all major accounts. He has over 10 years experience in systems sales & sales management in the beverage industry.

Prior to joining Intervolve, Mr. Schneider was VP of Sales for Global Beverage Group, now HighJump Software, from 2003 until 2007 during which time GBG’s revenue grew from 9 million to 26 million annually.

Prior to GBG, he was Director of Sales & Marketing for WCS, a division of Daugherty Systems where he oversaw growth from 2 million to 12 million annually.

Mr. Schneider holds a BS in Computer Science with a major in Management from Southeast Missouri State University.
 
Charlie Mohn

Director of Marketing

Mr. Mohn is dedicated to aligning Intervolve's products with the ever changing beverage industry needs. 

Mr. Mohn brings a diverse supply-chain background, including experience in supply-chain system implementations, project management, and product marketing.  Prior to Intervolve, he has led numerous large-scale technology projects, most notably an ERP implementation across eight locations for the manufacturer Standex ADP.  Mr. Mohn joined Intervolve in 2005 as a professional services consultant, and has worked closely with Intervolve customers in implementing Intervolve solutions.  Mr. Mohn has trained and worked with hundreds of users in the beverage industry.  As Director of Marketing, he relies on his hands-on experience with beverage wholesalers to ensure Intervolve is serving its customers well.

Mr. Mohn holds a BA in Economics from Saint Olaf College, and an MBA with a concentration in MIS from Temple University.
