Intervolve’s Implementation Consultants are responsible for the configuration and deployment of Intervolve’s Route Accounting System (RAS) and/or DistributionSuite (DS) at client locations in the Continental United States. Individuals must be highly motivated with demonstrable skills in business applications, a solid foundation in information technology, and the ability to take leadership responsibilities on client engagements.

Specific Duties
· Manage multiple implementation projects
· Conduct business process reviews to determine client requirements
· Develop specifications for integration programs, custom reports and enhancement requests
· Consult clients on managing process changes
· Manage and/or conduct data conversion, onsite training and onsite support for implementations
· Develop customized crystal reports
· Perform validation of deployed applications
· Troubleshoot application usage issues
Requisite Education/Skills
· Minimum undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Business, Accounting, or related degree. MBA or other graduate degree preferred.
· Minimum 4 years of experience in software deployment
· Experience in implementing ERP, Warehouse Management, Financial Management or other business systems
· Project management skills
· Experience in analyzing client requirements, and developing functional specifications for development
· Experience with Crystal Reports a plus
· Knowledge of information technology project life cycle and project planning approaches
· Proficiency in Microsoft productivity tools including Word, Excel, Visio, Project, Outlook
· Knowledge of databases and SQL
· The work location will generally be at customer sites and the consultant must be able to travel weekly to client locations (US-based)
· Travel requirements are 50% to 75%
